Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase! In the event that a problem needs to be addressed, please follow these return guidelines; We offer a 14 day online return policy, during which you are able to return your item for an exchange. If there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly exchange the defective shoes and send out a new pair however this must be done 14 days from the date of despatch. There is no refund if you simply change your mind. If you need to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, and the shoes are unworn and in re-saleable condition ,the following requirements must be met for goods to be exchanged: Goods must be unworn and in original condition (When trying on your shoes, stay on carpet, as they must remain in the same condition as when you received them) Goods must be returned in their original box Goods must be received within 14 days from date of invoice If shoes are deemed by Iamkickz to have been worn, marked or used, an exchange will not be processed and a return shipping fee will be charged, this also includes the shoe box. Contact Iamkickz @ to receive a returns form, which is to be attached to the returned shoe box. All returns are subject to a quality inspection by Iamkickz and any exchange will be finalised upon our inspection. Please note that shoes being returned to Iamkickz, remain the responsibility of the customer, and are returned at the customer’s expense. It is suggested that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of goods once posted, as Iamkickz does not take responsibility for the goods while in transit to us


Return / Exchange Policy

Iamkickz does not issue refunds on any worn items. Iamkickz reserve the rights to determine if the item has been worn or not. Please email us at  before mailing your purchase back to us Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Returned shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition.
