Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.

Based on the level of service requested and proximity to our Distribution Center in Texas, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On orders shipped faster than 30 Business Days, we will guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.

Personalized Items
Personalized items may require up to 5 - 15 business days to be completed before shipment. Rush Services are not available for personalized items.

Delivery Services
The delivery services available will depend on the shipping address entered at checkout. Below are the available services along with cost and estimated processing/transit times based on the address provided at checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US Holidays. All orders are subject to complete verification.

Returns & Replacements

We'll exchange your items for another size and we'll pay the shipping cost for any exchanged item, or we'll give you a refund for the item if your size is unavailable. Exchanging an item has never been easier. Just follow these simple steps: Simply repackage items to be exchanged in the original boxes with all labels. All orders come with a prepaid return-shipping label. Affix this label to the package and just drop it in the mail within 30 days of receipt. Your exchange will be shipped to you at no cost.* And as always, you can return a purchase to any of our stores for an exchange or refund (see details below).

*Free return shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous US and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships. If express or overnight shipping is requested you will be responsible for the full shipping cost. Entire order must ship to a single address. Exchanged items must be repackaged in the original boxes with all labels, and all products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition. All orders come with a prepaid return-shipping label which must be affixed to the package and shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Offer may be modified or terminated at any time. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Valid online, by phone or mail.

Ordering

We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

  1. Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this:
    • Search by keyword or product name in the search box at the top of every page.
    • Search by product number if you have one in the Search box at the top of every page.
    • Browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category tabs at the top of the page.
  2. When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of the page.)
  4. If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
  5. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
  6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
  7. Submit the order and print a copy of the Thank You page containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.
Viewing Orders
                Log into your user account using the information you provided to view your order history.

Update your account by logging into your user account from the home page and updating and save.
